What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 500kg per color and 2000kg per style. We also offer a Small-Batch Trial program with lower entry points for emerging brands.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Texture swatches are recommended before bulk sampling approval.
How long does production take?
Sampling: 15-30 days. Bulk production: 35-45 days after pre-production sample approval. Rush orders available for repeat customers.
Do you provide test reports?
Yes. Every batch undergoes our 5-step QC process including yarn inspection, greige check, dye-lab approval, physical testing (color fastness, shrinkage, pilling, GSM), and final roll inspection at AQL 2.5. Full test reports included with shipment.
